Order
At Flower Nation, we offer flowers & flower arrangements in various designs and for all occasions. There are a variety of hand bouquet designs that may be tailored according to your preferences and occasions.

It’s your first time shopping at Flower Nation? We’re glad to have you on board! Simply browse through our website, select an arrangement that you like and place an order. It takes just 5 easy steps.
Step 1: Select the product(s) you like.
Step 2: Add to cart. Leave us a note should you have any special requests or instructions. We will try our best to accommodate.
Step 3: Select your preferred delivery date and time, along with any gift card message you’d like to add.
Step 4: Insert your billing and shipping details.
Step 5: Make your payment, and we shall prepare your special flower arrangement for you.
You’ll receive an order confirmation sent to your email with an order number.
Once our system receives the order, we will contact you via your mobile number. We will also send you a set of photos of the order before we send it out for delivery.

Yes, our cut-off time for same-day delivery within Klang Valley – Kuala Lumpur and Selangor – is 2:00 pm. If you place an order after 2.00 pm, you’ll only be able to select the next day as the earliest delivery date.
We currently offer delivery services from Monday through Sunday, 7 days a week, 10am to 6pm.
Yes, you may, but you’ll need to inform us as soon as possible.
If you’d like to change your order details, kindly email us at order@p4b.iconceptdigital.com with your order number as the email subject header and new order details.
At Flower Nation, we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes. However, we are only able to make the changes (including delivery address & card message) if they are requested before 10 am, 1 day before the delivery date, subject to availability. For changes to orders for special occasions, you’ll have to make the request at least 3 days in advance (e.g. for Valentine’s Day on 14 Feb, please send in your change request before 10 am, 11 Feb). We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared and/or in transit.
Yes, you may cancel your order by emailing us at order@p4b.iconceptdigital.com by 10 am, one day before your delivery date. Upon confirmation by our Customer Service team, your payment will then be refunded to you in store credits only (no direct refund).
Subscription
Every bloom in the Flower Nation Subscription bouquet is carefully selected by our in-house floral artisans. As we aim to create a surprise for all of our subscription customers, we’re unable to customise the flowers for subscriptions. We hope you’ll love the selections as much as we do.
We understand that there’ll be times when you’re away and will not be around to receive the flowers. Simply log in to your account on our website and click on ‘Subscriptions’. You may then make any edits you require (remember to press ‘save’.) Once saved, changes to your scheduled orders will automatically be updated.
Your card will be charged when you submit the order, for orders in the first subscription month. Subsequent charges will be effective 7 days before your next subscription delivery. This arrangement allows us to only order the flowers that our customers want and help to keep the costs down for you.
Our Flower Nation Subscription package comes with simple instructions on flower care and maintenance. Should you need more ideas, visit our blog for creative arrangements suggestions and floral care tips.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal.
We work with PayPal to make shopping online safe. PayPal processes all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held by us or accessible to us.
Delivery
All orders at Flower Nation come with complimentary same-day delivery (within 5KM from our store at Bukit Seputeh, 50460 Kuala Lumpur) For all other orders, we deliver within Klang Valley — Kuala Lumpur and Selangor with a cut off time of 2.00 pm. If you place an order after 2.00 pm today, you’ll only be able to select tomorrow’s date as the earliest delivery date.

Our standard delivery time slots are 10am to 12pm, 12pm to 3pm and 3pm to 6pm.
Need your flowers the soonest possible? We have an Express Delivery option (surcharge of RM80 per delivery address) on checkout for delivery, 4 hours from the time the order is made, with a cut off time of 2.00 pm. Unfortunately, we do not do deliveries past 6.00 pm.
For a prompt and efficient delivery experience, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. Delivery will only be made once. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to our shop and a notification will be sent to you.
If you’d like to have the flowers redelivered, a redelivery fee will be changed depending on your recipient’s location, and subject to flower condition. No replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers are wilted after being sent back to us.
Others
Our flower arrangements are specially prepared and packed, with precautions taken to protect your flower for the delivery ride. We’ve also developed care methods for individual flower types, aimed to safely arrive in the recipient’s hands in perfect conditions.
